Part 3: Value Proposition

In this lesson, I break down what it really means by "Value" and how to set yourself apart from your competitors by determining your Unique Selling Proposition. 

Part 4: Revenue Stream

How do you ACTUALLY make money? In the modern economy, there's more than one way make money. This is what we'll dive in, in this lesson. 

Part 5: Channels

Once you've identified your target customers, you need to connect and engage with them. This is where we make sure you're reaching out to the right customers at the best acquisition cost possible. 

Part 6: Customer Relations

Now that you have engaged with your dream customers, how do you make sure they actually BUY from you and keep buying from you. 

Part 7: Key Activities

This is where the pedal meets the road, the activities that really matter. Once you've identified this, you can set your targets and move straight on. 

Part 8: Key Resources

There's no use in having the best plan but not the resources to execute it. In this lesson, we'll go through the key resources you require to execute your plans. By the way, your resources go beyond just having capital. 

Part 9: Key Partners

Who can help you achieve your business goals, faster? After this lesson, you will know who you should keep close and who doesn't warrant your time in order to achieve your goals. 

Part 10: Cost Structure

Your plan is useless if it there's no profit. This is where put the financial numbers to test and figure out the amount of money you need to achieve your business goals.
